How it works?

Refilliate provides very easy ways to manage your customers and their loyalty integrations within Gorgias. With this integration, your customer success team can not only view, but manage a customer's loyalty points, rewards, and redemptions directly

Connecting Refilliate with Gorgias is easy! 😌

  1. Install the Refilliate App from the Gorgias App Store.
    You can also start the installation from your Refilliate account by going to Integrations   Gorgias   Install
  2. After Installation, you will be navigated to configure the app. You can also do this later from Integrations   Gorgias   Configure

Configure the Integration

You can configure the Gorgias Integration from the Refilliate Admin Panel.
  1. Navigate to the Integrations Page, click on Configure under Gorgias Integration. You will be navigated to the Gorgias Configuration Page.
  2. To allow customer success agents to give points from Gorgias, a custom earning rule needs to be setup.
  3. To configure the earning rule:
    • Click on the icon to add a new earning rule or icon to edit an existing rule. The rule must be of the type 'Custom Actions' and the 'Allow Points to be overridden manually or by API ' should be checked. View Example
    • Enter the point options you want to be available to your Customer Success agents, separated by commas
  4. Check the boxes if you want CS Agents to give referral credits for orders, or allow them to update loyalty tiers from the widget
  5. If you have ambassadors enabled, you can also allow CS Agents to manage ambassadors from the Gorgias widget.

Using the widgets in Gorgias

  1. From Edit Widgets view, drag the Refilliate Integration to the viewable widgets. View Screenshots
  2. Your CS agents will now be able to view the Refilliate widget on the tickets view in Gorgias
  3. From the widget, they can view a customer's loyalty points, referral link rewards, redemptions, etc. View Example
  4. If the ticket is from an ambassador, your CS Agents can also view an ambassador' balance, referral link, redemptions, Apple Wallet Pass Link, etc. View Example
  5. CS Agents can grant points (configuration required)for appeasements or other use cases from the widget.
  6. CS Agents can update tiers (configuration required)for customers from the widget.
  7. CS Agents also have access to macros to share Apple Wallet Pass download link and share referral QR code (configuration required)for customers & ambassadors from the widget.
