How it works?

Refilliate connects with your Recharge to enable store credits. You can offer seamless store credits as a redemption option to your customers & ambassadors for their rewards & commissions.
Store credits can be applied to the customer's next subscription order or one-time purchase (Shopify Checkout Integration only).
For merchants using Recharge hosted checkout, Refilliate can be configured to create discount codes within Recharge.

Connecting Refilliate with Recharge is easy! 😌

From the Recharge Merchant Portal:

  1. Go to the Recharge Merchant Portal. Click on Apps   Marketplace
  2. Find Refilliate and Click the Get button.
  3. Follow the prompts to either Log in to your Refilliate account or create a new account.

Creating a new Refilliate Account:

  1. Click Here
     to create a Refilliate Account
  2. Click on the Recharge button, enter your Shopify Domain and click Connect
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the installation

After creating a Refilliate Account:

If you have already signed up for Refilliate, you can connect your Recharge account by following these steps:
  1. Go to the Integrations Page
  2. Click Connect under Recharge
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the installation

Configure Discount Code Settings

Refilliate gives you complete flexibility to configure how discount codes are created within Recharge or Shopify. When your referrers or ambassadors, we call them Refilliates, share their unique referral links with their friends, families, clients, etc., Refilliate will automatically create a discount code for them. You can configure the discount code settings from the Refilliate Merchant Portal.
  1. Go to the Ambassador Settings Page
  2. Open Discount Code Settings
  3. Configure settings:
    • Discount Code Format - The format of the code you want to the ambassadors to use. We may add some random letters if needed to make the code unique. Please make sure to place the random letters in the format
    • Where to create discount codes? -
      Important
      Select Shopify if you use Shopify Checkout Integration. Select Recharge if you use Recharge Custom Checkout
    • Should the Discount codes apply to subscriptions only? - Select this option if you want to limit the discount codes to apply to subscriptions only. We recommend, leaving this option unchecked.
    • Should the Discount codes be limited to first time customers only? - Select this option if you want to limit the discount codes to first time customers only.
    • Restrict Discount Codes to - You can restrict the discount codes to specific products or collections. If you want to restrict the discount code to product, please retrieve the Shopify Product ID from the Shopify Admin and enter it here. If you want to restrict the discount code to a collection, please retrieve the Shopify Collection ID from the Shopify Admin and enter it here.

Enable Store Credits for your Refilliates

Refilliate lets you enable store credits for your Refilliates. In addition to CA$H payouts, we offer frictionless store credits as a redemption option. Store Credits are auto-applied to a customer's subscription when redeemed. Additionally, customers can also apply store credits to their one-time purchases (Shopify Checkout Integration only).
  1. Go to the Ambassador Settings Page
  2. Open Payout Settings
  3. Enable Recharge Store Credits as a payout option.
  4. Merchants have the option to boost store credits in comparison to Cash Payout Options. Select an optional Boost Percentage in the settings.
